We are very pleased to announce that the winner of the Britain and Ireland Association for Political Thought essay prize goes to Signy Gutnick Allen, Queen Mary University of London. Signy will present a version of her winning paper: ‘Away then with all your niceties in law: English debates on the nature of treason 1641-1651’ at the Political Thought Conference, January 2015.
The prize is sponsored by Cambridge University Press. The conference academic convenors, Kim Hutchings and Patrick Tomlin, judged.
